🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewelries: Due to hygiene reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Personalized & Custom Orders: Items with names, initials, or custom designs are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

  • Please pack returns carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

  • All returns are subject to inspection. Items that are damaged (e.g., tangled, scratched, stained) may not be accepted.
