Return Policy – Obioma Fashion
At Obioma Fashion, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer flexible return and exchange options to ensure a smooth experience.
🗓 Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, based on courier confirmation. To start a return, please email: cs@myobioma.com
Once a return label has been issued, the returned item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of the label issuance date. If the item(s) are shipped after this 3-day period and the delay results in the expiration of the 14-day return window, the return will not be accepted. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
💳 Return Shipping Fees
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us at cs@myobioma.com so that we can help you create a return label.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Jewelries: Due to hygiene reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Personalized & Custom Orders: Items with names, initials, or custom designs are not eligible for return or exchange.
📦 Return Conditions

Please pack returns carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
- Items returned in a worn or used condition, or folded or packaged in a crumpled, untidy, or careless way, are not considered resellable. To maintain quality for all customers, such items will be sent back at the customer’s expense via a prepaid return label. We will bin the items after 30 days if no prepaid label is provided.
🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged:
