Our Three Must-Have Items This Summer
The first day of Spring, officially, is March 20th. We are nearly there! I don’t know about you, but I for one am completely sick of the cold weather, the sun setting before 5:00pm, and navigating snow covered sidewalks during my morning commute. It’s hard to believe we will be enjoying beach days, July fireworks, and summer cocktails in just a few months.
That being said, those few months always seem to drag on, and I can confidently say that all of us are ready for a much-needed vacation. Luckily, for those who are attending High School or College, spring break provides the perfect opportunity for that. Whether you’re planning outfits for a trip to Mexico in a few weeks or simply wanting to update your summer wardrobe, we’ve got you covered.
Lesha Maxi Dress
Our Lesha Maxi Dress is a classic summer wardrobe staple piece. It is sewn with a gorgeous yellow and blue African Ankara print that is perfect for welcoming in this new season.

Ebeano Set
Our Ebeano Set is perfect for those who are not the biggest fan of dresses but hate the idea of sweating in jean shorts. Sewn with our traditional African Silk fabric, you are sure to avoid that horrible sticky feeling. It is designed with a beautiful navy blue and burnt orange pattern that simply screams summertime because who said you have to wear a dress anyways?
For me, I would style this set by pairing a black form-fitting crop top with the silk shorts. I would leave the short sleeve top unbuttoned and layer it over the crop top. For shoes, I would throw on white sneakers to dress it down or black heels to dress it up. The best thing about this set is its versatility, so make it your own!
Agege Kaftan
Saving my personal favorite for last, our Agege Kaftan! It is unlined and sewn with breathable fabric (again who wants to be sweating while trying to enjoy a sunny day?). Designed with yellow and black traditional African Ankara print, you are sure to make a statement. The completely button-down front style is perfect to show off as much (or as little) of your gorgeous figure!
If I was styling this, I would wear it as a maxi-dress to lunch or dinner at a beach-front restaurant.
